What are the computer requirements for Running the Wordsworth Compendium?
Suitable for MS DOS and Windows 95/98/2000/NT/
Not suitable for Windows ME.

The basic  application program is an *.EXE file of less than 100KB, which can be  located anywhere in the memory of ANY type and make of Personal Computer.

The database of the current full registration package requires a little under 6MB of storage space a very small amount for modern computers and  compact disks.  It only requires six 3½”  floppies, so anyone with a still-working ten-year old computer is able to take advantage of WordsWorth’s word search features.

The input of information to execute a search can be achieved using any keyboard which will operate with the above-mentioned PCs.  Because inputs of this nature can only be entered from a keyboard, a fact which is true of even Windows data-based utilities, WordsWorth doesn’t have need of a Mouse.  It’s basic commands of data input  and ‘Enter’ are performed via keystrokes.

 Any printer capable of being used with the above-mentioned PCs is suitable for the production of  hard copy of the program’s output.
